Cancellations Returns Refunds Failed Delivery Shipping Damage Contact

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a shipping label is created.

To request a cancellation, contact us:

Refund timing: If your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund your original payment method within 7 days. No fees apply.

Returns (After Delivery)

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The order was delivered in the last 30 days
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • The item has not been used and is not damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for orders returned damaged or lost in transit.

After shipping your return, please provide the tracking number and carrier to:

Refunds (Approved Returns)

If your return is accepted, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned order. Refunds go to your original payment method with no fees.

Orders Returned Due to Failed or Refused Delivery

Restocking Fee Applies

If your order is returned due to a failed or refused delivery, a restocking fee of 50% of the total order value or the cost of shipping and order preparation (whichever is greater) will be subtracted from your refund.

Shipping Damage or Lost Shipments

If you believe your order was damaged in transit or lost by the carrier, please review our Shipping Policy and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
