6. Prices & Payment
6.1 Pricing
We may revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. Prices may also be revised after acceptance due to events outside our control (duties, tariffs, shipping costs, government actions). You may cancel your Order per our Return Policy.
6.2 Payments
All Goods require a one-time payment using methods displayed at checkout. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is not received, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and governs cancellations, returns, restocking fees, and refunds.
7.1 Customer Cancellations (Before Shipment)
You may request cancellation before a shipping label is created. Refunds are issued within 7 days of cancellation confirmation.
7.2 Returns (After Delivery)
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with proof of purchase.
7.3 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss for returned shipments.
7.4 Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned Goods.
7.5 Failed or Refused Deliveries
A restocking fee may apply as described in our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

13.7 Dispute Resolution
Program disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Bay Shore, NY under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Claims must be brought individually—class arbitration is not permitted. Jury trial rights are waived.

We may modify these SMS terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
